In short
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. Fonts, scripts and images are served from our own server, so your browser makes no requests to third parties. The only personal data we receive is what you type into the contact form, and we use it only to answer you.
Who is responsible
The website oprelia.dev and the contact form are operated by the Oprelia team (a company is being incorporated in Singapore; this page will name it and its registered address once it is registered) ("Oprelia", "we"). For any question about your personal data, write to info@oprelia.dev.
What we collect
When you send the contact form, we receive:
- your name, company, industry and e-mail address;
- your phone number, if you choose to give it;
- your message;
- your consent to this policy, and the language of the page you used.
To protect the form against abuse, our server also uses the IP address of the request. It is kept only in the server's memory, in a form that cannot be read back, for at most 24 hours, to limit how many messages one connection can send. Our service log records only technical details of each submission (time, page language, industry, message length and the result), not your name, e-mail address or message.
Like most websites, our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested and browser type) for security and troubleshooting. These logs are kept for 90 days and then deleted.
Why we use it
We use the details you send only to reply to your request: to answer your questions, arrange a demo, or prepare a quote. We do not add you to a newsletter, we do not use your data for profiling or automated decisions, and we never sell it.
We process this data on the basis of the consent you give when you tick the box in the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see Your rights); this does not affect what was done before you withdrew it.
Who receives it
Your message is delivered to our mailbox as an e-mail. It passes through our hosting provider and our e-mail provider, who process it on our behalf and only to deliver and store our e-mail. Our e-mail provider may store messages on servers outside Vietnam.
We do not share your data with anyone else, unless the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
The contact form does not store your submission in a database: it is sent to us by e-mail and the form service keeps no copy. We keep the e-mail for as long as we need it to handle your request and any business relationship that follows, and delete it no later than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
You may at any time ask us to:
- tell you whether we hold personal data about you, and give you a copy;
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your data, or restrict how we use it;
- stop using your data, by withdrawing your consent.
Write to info@oprelia.dev from the address you used, or tell us how to confirm that the request is yours. We answer as soon as we can and within the time the law sets. You also have the right to complain to the competent authority.
Vietnamese personal data protection rules
We have written this policy with Vietnam's rules on personal data protection in mind, including Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP of the Government on personal data protection and the legislation that amends or replaces it. In line with those rules, we collect only the data needed for the stated purpose, ask for your consent before we process it, and tell you how to exercise your rights.
How we protect it
The website is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The form service accepts only the fields listed above, limits their size, and is reachable only through our web server. Access to our mailbox is limited to the people who answer requests.
Children
This website is meant for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data about them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we publish the new version on this page with a new date. If a change affects how we use data you have already sent, we tell you by e-mail.
